Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Nusavita handles personal data collected through this website — what we collect, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and how to reach us about your data. The site is operated from Jakarta, Indonesia.

Effective 16 October 2026

Who this policy covers

Written for readers of our ingredient and format guides on natural supplements for men, as well as anyone who writes in about a formula listing.

We run an editorial resource, not a shop. That shapes what data ever reaches us. Reading a page about vitamins and minerals for men leaves only standard server information behind. Sending us a note through the contact form is voluntary, and it is the only path where you hand us your name, email address, and whatever you choose to write.

The policy applies to nusavita.id and to messages we receive through it. It does not cover sites we link to, including pages about energy and endurance formulas, healthy lifestyle products, or men's health support published elsewhere. Those destinations publish their own privacy notices, and it is worth reading them before you share anything there.

What reaches us

Data we collect

Two kinds of information arrive: what you give us, and what any web server records in passing. Neither is used to advertise to you, and neither is sold.

01

Your name and email address

Collected only when you submit the contact form. Used to address you in the reply.

Kept in the editorial inbox, not merged with any other record.

02

The content of your message

Whatever you write, plus any link or attachment you choose to include.

Corrections to a product description land here and are checked against the source.

03

Pages viewed and device information

Recorded automatically through standard server logs and cookies.

General device type, browser, and rough region — never a profile of who you are.

04

Nothing beyond that

We do not ask for health details, payment information, or government identifiers.

If a page ever seems to request them, close it and tell us.

A note for anyone browsing our guides on popular products for men: reading a page, comparing formats, or moving between articles does not require an account and never generates a record tied to your identity. The only moment the site learns your name is the moment you type it.

Purpose, not profiling

Why we collect it

Contact form data exists to answer you and to check corrections to product descriptions. If you write to us saying a listing confuses two similar men's vitamin formulas, we read the note, verify the claim against our sources, and fix the page. That reply and that correction are the whole use.

Technical data does quieter work: keeping the site reachable, showing which guides people actually finish, and flagging automated traffic that hammers the server. We look at these numbers in aggregate — how many readers reached a comparison of natural capsules for strength and vitality, which pages send people away early — never as a way to follow one reader around.

Two things we do not do with your data: we do not build advertising profiles from it, and we do not sell it to anyone.

Consent and control

Legal basis and consent

We process contact data on the basis of your consent, given the moment you submit the form, and on our legitimate interest in answering enquiries and keeping editorial accuracy. Neither basis covers anything you have not sent us.

Withdrawing consent is a message away. Write to Nusavita and tell us to stop; we will close the record and reply only once to confirm. Withdrawal does not unwind processing that already happened before your request arrived — for example, a correction we already published based on your note.

You never need to give a reason. A single sentence is enough.

Browser storage

Cookies and similar technologies

The site uses cookies for two jobs: holding basic functionality in place, and measuring which pages get read. Nothing here follows you to other sites.

The categories we use, what each one stores, and the browser controls for turning them off are set out in our Cookie Policy. Blocking cookies may change how parts of the site behave — page counters will read low, and some preferences will not carry between visits.

How long we keep it

Retention

Contact form messages are kept for as long as the enquiry and any follow-up correction need them, then reviewed on a periodic sweep. Server log data lives for a shorter operational window before it rolls off.

Once a record has no further purpose, it is deleted or anonymised. An anonymised copy is kept only where it no longer identifies you — a count of how many corrections arrived in a month, for example.

Who else sees it

Sharing and disclosure

We do not sell personal data. A small group of service providers may handle it on our behalf, and only as far as the job requires.

  • Hosting and maintenance. The company that keeps the site online can reach server files in the course of its work, including logs and form messages.

  • Measurement tools. Aggregate page counts come from tooling that reports totals rather than individuals, and no data from it is passed on for advertising.

  • Legal requests. We disclose data where Indonesian law or a valid legal request requires it, and we share no more than the request compels.

  • Nothing else. No data brokers, no advertising networks, no third party building a picture of you from this site.

Your rights

You can ask what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct anything inaccurate, request deletion, or object to how we are processing it. Send the request to our contact page or write to [email protected]. We answer within a reasonable period once we have confirmed it is really you asking.

Records we hold, built from what you send

Access

Ask for a copy of what we hold. It is usually a single email thread, and we will show it in full.

Correction

Point out anything wrong in our record — a misspelled name, an old address — and we will set it right.

Deletion

Ask us to remove a message and we erase it, keeping only a note that the request was made and honoured.

Objection

Tell us to stop using your message for anything beyond a plain reply, and we will work to that limit.

Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect what we hold: access controls on the editorial inbox, restricted accounts, and routine updates to the hosting environment. Our guides on healthy lifestyle products and men's vitamin formulas go through the same review as any other page.

No method of transmission over the internet is entirely secure, and we cannot promise absolute protection. What we can promise is that if we ever learn of a breach affecting your data, we will tell you what happened and what we are doing about it.

Common questions

Questions readers send us

Do you collect anything when I only read the guides?

No account, no name, no email. The server records the page you opened and general device information, which is what every web server does in the course of serving a page. Nothing there is built into a profile of you.

What happens to a correction I send about a product listing?

Your message is read, the claim is checked against our sources, and the page is updated if it holds up. The message stays in the editorial inbox for as long as that follow-up needs it, then leaves on the next retention sweep.

Can I ask a question without giving my real name?

You need a working email address so we can reply, but you are welcome to sign your message however you like. We do not match names against any other record, and we do not publish who wrote in.

Will you tell me if this policy changes?

The revised text is published on this page with a new effective date at the top, so the version you are reading is always the current one. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.

Children

This site is intended for adults. Our guides cover vitamins and minerals for men and similar topics written for a grown-up reader, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has sent us information through the contact form, write to us and we will remove it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect shifts in how the site works or in applicable law. The revised version appears on this page with a fresh effective date, and the previous wording is retired. If the change affects how we use contact messages, the new text says so plainly rather than burying it.

Contact

Questions about this policy, or requests concerning your personal data, are welcome any working day. Write to [email protected] with a short description of what you need, and we will take it from there. If your message concerns a listing — a format that reads oddly, an ingredient described confusingly — a word about which page helps us answer faster.

Looking for the rules around browser storage rather than personal data? The Cookie Policy covers what each category stores. The terms that govern your use of the site — including the limits of what our editorial guides claim — sit in the Terms of Service. If you want to know how a listing gets checked before it is published, the process is described on How We Evaluate Formulas.
